Dear Ethletic customers,

Sustainability is at the forefront of what we do. Therefore, we kindly ask you to place your orders thoughtfully, so as not to unnecessarily increase consumption-related traffic on our roads.

As we place great value on fair working conditions, the employees in our shipping center also receive fair wages and work under fair conditions. Naturally, this comes with a cost. We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer free shipping.

The cost of shipping a package within Germany varies between €4.70 and €6.70, depending on the product.

Please take the time to thoroughly inform yourself about our products and choose them carefully before clicking the order button.

Returns:

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The cost of returns is borne by the customer.

In the case of a complaint, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

Please keep the following in mind for returns:

  • Be sure to include the completed return form. Download it here.
  • Do not stick or write anything on the shoebox. Please wrap the box in paper (preferably newspaper to avoid unnecessary paper waste) so that we can reuse it.
  • Please only return shoes that have been tried on indoors. If a pair doesn’t fit or is not to your liking, we can only accept them if they are free of signs of wear.
  • For the sake of the environment, please avoid unnecessary returns. Every return requires significant effort from our small team, and each additional transport impacts our planet.

We recommend sending returns with insurance.

Once the return has been received by our service partner, the refund will be initiated. The return shipping, product inspection, and refund process can take up to 2 weeks.
